HOA's were originally created to ensure that people in the community did not let their homes get run down and hurt the value of other homes in the community NOT to run the buisness of the homeowners. People can run the houshold buisness on their own without YOUR help.

Dec 16th 2011 8:40PM The problem with HOA's is that the people running then forgot what they were started for. The original purpose of a HOA was to keep people from letting their property get run down. These days they are just a bunch of a-holes that have a little power and think they have the right to tell everyone what they can and cant do with their property based on what THEY think looks good. Usually they are a bunch of old farts or stuck-up snobs with nothing better to do than than to stick their noses in everybody elses buisness. My brother lives in a gated community with a HOA. When he bought his house it had a stone driveway. He had it paved and the HOA gave him a bunch of crap and told him he may have to tear it up because he didnt have approval from the HOA to do it. He told them to stick it you know where and hasnt heard anymore from them about it. That was 6 years ago.

Mar 29th 2011 12:42PM I live in Pa. and my son attends the school where this whole sexting thing started several years ago. They recently had another episode of sexting and he got caught up in it. He didnt get in any trouble because he didnt send the pic to anyone. What happened was a girl had a pic of herself on her phone, a boy took her phone from her and sent it to his phone, he then sent it to a bunch of other kids. She went to the principal about it and the police (Who happen to have an office in the school) started collecting phones. The only kids that got into any kind of trouble were the ones who sent it on. My son, fortunately, was smart enough not only to not send it on but to delete it immediatly. A thorough search of his phone by the police confirmed this. I maintained that the girl should have gotten in as much trouble as the rest. Why would a 14 yo girl have a nude pic of herself on her phone ? And how would the boy have known it was there unless she had showed it to him ? She was just as guilty as anyone !!!

Mar 6th 2011 4:42PM OMG !!! The engine brake(jake brake) on my trucks correct name is Engine Retarder. If we have to stop using the word retard what will they call it . It's called that because it retards the timing of the engine and slows the truck down like a brake. Retard being used in its correct form means reverse or backwards.

Oct 3rd 2010 11:14AM You have to remember that the judges see everything that happens, while unless your at the fight you only see what the TV camera sees. I go to fights all the time and I can tell you this, theres alot more going on in that ring than what you see on TV !!!!!

Jun 30th 2010 1:03PM The whole simplicity and low budget thing has already been done. It was called The Blair Witch Project, and that was an awesome movie !!!!! Reason being was because until several weeks after the release noone knew it wasnt real. These idiots come right out of the box saying it is fake. All they did was rip off Blair Witch and Ghost Hunters !!!!!! IT SUCKED !!!!!!!!

Jun 30th 2010 12:52PM Disappointment ?? That aint the word for it !! Afer leaving the theater I was so discusted I felt as though I had just been robbed !!! The only reason the first one did as well as it did was because of all the hype that they put out and the fake comments they posted. I have to admit that I fell into the hype , but I wont this time. Actually, if they want this one to be a hit they should reduce the rating to PG, because the only people I know that thought the first one was any good were a bunch of 13 and 14 year old kids.
