Demolish Taj Mahal? Indian Pol Muhammad Azam Khan Says it Should Have Never Been Built {AOL Real Estate}
Feb 2nd 2013 6:30PM A hundred years from now -- no wait -- a WEEK from now, who will remember that guy's name or any accomplishment he's had (or not had) as opposed to the fame of such a magnificient memorial ... he should be flogged. He'd never come close to such an accomplishment. But then it's easier to denigrate and destroy than it is to imagine and build. Raspberries to him
Bat Infestation in Stone Mountain, Ga., Apartment Building {AOL Real Estate}
Dec 15th 2012 12:50PM There is probably a simple solution. At dusk when all the bats emerge, which bats do at dusk - they are either eating insects or pollinating flowers -- seal off the access entry point. When they attempt to return at dawn or pre-dawn, they won't be able to get in and will find another place to roost. They do not bother humans, unless rabid; however, bat guano isn't something you'd want in your walls. If the area provided bat domiciles for them, they would find them and roost somewhere other than the apartments. Bats are necessary for keeping insect populations under control, such as mosquitos, roaches, etc.
Toni Braxton's Foreclosed Mansion Up for Sale for $1.1 Million {AOL Real Estate}
Nov 14th 2012 10:38AM Couldn't the real estate people afford a camera with a flash on it?? Those pictures are totally unacceptable insofar as showing that house to the best advantage. And the sales price is no bargain, either.
Coyotes in Abandoned Florida Mansion Have Neighbors on Edge {AOL Real Estate}
Oct 31st 2012 6:43PM I know of no reported case of a coyote snatching a human child. Usually they avoid people.
Coyotes in Abandoned Florida Mansion Have Neighbors on Edge {AOL Real Estate}
Oct 31st 2012 6:41PM No one owns a gun??? One thing I'll say is the coyotes are hunting the rats. Coyotes are notoriously shy, however, and if they are aggressive towards people, it may be an indicator of rabies. Trapping them might work, released out into wilds. If they are overrunning the neighborhood, someone needs to shoot them and the rats too.
Hilary Swank Lists Home for $9.5 Million (House of the Day) {AOL Real Estate}
Oct 8th 2012 8:32PM Overpriced. I hate to say it but it's not that impressive.
Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick List Manhattan Townhouse for $25 Million {AOL Real Estate}
Sep 17th 2012 4:24PM I'm not seeing the privacy issue at all... unless, of course, she likes to leave her front door ajar.

Neighbors From Hell: What You Can Do to Stop the Bullies Next Door {AOL Real Estate}
Aug 21st 2012 4:13PM Wouldn't some of that behavior fall under the stalking laws? That's just horrible that they can't have quiet enjoyment of their property - would a huge fence help? Or shooting the offensive bird if it appears threatening? Or hiring a dive bomber to strafe next door with flaming firethrowers? Can't they just BUY the neighbor's house through an anonymous purchaser and get rid of them that way? Then they can repaint the property, fix it up and sell it to some other neighbor who might not be so offensive.
'Sharpie Parties' Wreak Havoc on Foreclosed Homes {AOL Real Estate}
Aug 19th 2012 11:53AM So, why don't the police hold a "Sharpie party" of their own and arrest whoever shows up??
