Nov 13th 2009 12:42PM Here is a question I have yet to see a reasonable answer. Why can the bank charge me 23% interest on my credit card account and only give me .01% interest on my savings account. In addition to that if my account balances fall below a certain amount I will be charged $4 maintenance fee on my savings? So they take all they can from me and give nothing back for the use of my money. Some how this does not make economic sense to me. The only consolation I can offer myself is that my money is safer in the bank than under the mattress...barely.

Mar 21st 2009 8:03PM I worked in the automotive industry and made $4000 per month. One day I had an accident and broke my back. Now I live on disability which is $1400 per MONTH. I maintain a house and a family on this paultry sum and still have a few bucks left over for a little family fun. It can be done. Its called money management. Others call it being cheap. If I am cheap then I am proud of it. My family does not complain and we are thankful for what we have. So the question is, Can I live on 53K a week? Gee, I don't know. I'd like to give it a try!!!!

May 19th 2008 10:05PM Doctor Bob had a good Idea! Sadly time is a factor in most peoples travel plans. Example: Phoenix to San Diego 3hrs by air (airport wait time included). 6.5hrs by car. 18hrs by bus or train (Bus makes many stops and the train must be boarded in another town 50 miles away). It may be a great adventure for a vacation but not if you are on a scheduel.

How to scare away nightmares {That's Fit}
Nov 29th 2007 8:37PM I have nightmares that scare the hell out of me. I awake shaking and sweaty. After the initial fright (this is the wierd part) I find myself thinking that it was really cool! I go right back to sleep with no problem. I find I actually like an occational nightmare. Kinda sick huh?

Oct 31st 2007 7:21PM I use the Betty Crocker dessert books all the time and I feel great! I enjoy cooking too! There are a couple of drawbacks though. My furniture has to be reinforced and the seat in my car keeps breaking. I wish that stuff wasn't made so flimsy.
