Mar 29th 2012 4:49PM I hope she wins. I'm not jewish, and I don't know what this is, nor have I seen one before, but I see nothing wrong with her putting it up there. I own a condo, and they don't really care what we put up as long as its not permanent, and if it is something permanent like new windows,etc. we just need to get approval in writing. I think this condo assoc. is being absurd.

Mar 20th 2012 4:46PM I've owned my condo for 11 yrs and as long as I don't do anything permanent on the outside I'm fairly free to do what I want. I have completely changed the front planting area of my home, and if or when I decide to sell and leave it can all be very easily removed. I have all kinds of plants out there and a table and chairs, and a bird bath, I even put tiles down under the table and chairs to create a little patio. I hope this woman wins in court, her association is being extremely unreasonable.

Feb 28th 2012 2:38PM A friend of mine lives in the south and he says there are many huge old homes that sit empty because people can't afford to heat and cool them.
The upkeep on these homes is huge.

I never liked him , and now I really don't like him even more. I would LOVE to be able to live in such a wonderful old home like that. Why not just keep it the way it was, and have it as another home if you have so much money?
I'm sure the neighbors will have nothing to do with him. What a fool.
