The airlines better wake up and do something about the conditions the animals fly in. Heat and Cold. Who knows. Maybe put a secret recorder in their cage. Unless you have lost an animal no one could understand the pain. Please continue your effort to expose them

Jan 9th 2011 8:33PM I can only say good things about Best Buy. I deal with the Lakeland Florida store. I went in to see them about a Whirlpull Washer that was was a year only and would not work. I only wanted help in dealing with Whirlpull but they giave me a new washer which I never expected and didn't ask for. A few months my 1 year and 1 day oonly HP Computer broke and HP wanted $100 before they would even offer to help and no one spoke Engliash and I could barley understand them.
I instead took it back to Best Buy and they fixed it on the spot and charged me nothing.
I think it is very important to realize that your employees can make or break you and it is hard to find people that care about your business as you do.

toys from CHINA. there is lead and other poisons in those toys and they are not regulated. don;t learn the hard way like I did.
