Parents Upset After School Yearbook Lists George W. Bush, Dick Cheney as Worst People of All Time {ParentDish}
Jun 2nd 2011 3:28PM The kids are right. Mr. Bush lied to the American public about Iraq--he said they had weapons of mass destruction when Iraq didn't. As for Mr. Cheney who arranged for his former employer to make many billions of dollars in Iraq and who approved the torture of prisoners--guilty or not--who can deny that he is one of the most evil men of all time? Why those two men--and their fellow conspirators--aren't being extradited to the Hague is beyond me. The kids are right and I'm glad they brought it up. It was about time.
Zsa Zsa Gabor, 94, Could Become a Mother Again {PopEater}
Apr 15th 2011 9:45AM It's true, Princess Frederic is retired. He never says what he retired from. It's obvious, however, that he retired after marrying Zsa Zsa who starred in her role as sugar momma. And Linda is probably right about money being the motive. He tried that one once before when he claimed to be the father of Anna Nicole Smith's child.
Old Spice Guy's New 'Komodo' Ad Leaves Us Scratching Our Heads {Urlesque}
Feb 18th 2011 6:57PM I think that if Old Spice scraped the sweat off Isaiah just after he'd finished a session at the gym and bottled it they could get more for that than for their perfume. There are those who prefer a man to smell like a man than like a flower shop.
Madoff: Mets Owners 'Knew Nothing' of Ponzi Scheme {Fanhouse MLB Blog}
Feb 16th 2011 7:06PM If Bernie Madoff isn't allowed to comment, how will the law enforcement people know who got all the money that disappeared? So, let him comment all he wants. As for his being a jerk, he's a crook, not a jerk. A jerk could never have pulled off such a huge scam. Somehow, I feel you didn't lose a penny and are just using the occasion to spout off nonsense.
Compare and Contrast: AT&T vs. Verizon in iPhone Plan Face-Off {WalletPop}
Feb 16th 2011 12:06AM When I bought my first cell phone I called the local phone company (now AT&T) to tell them that I no longer wanted to do business with them. After the landline had been turned off I called my former representative and said "Free at last! Free at last! Thank God almighty, I'm free at last." And that's just how I felt. I had had many, many unpleasant experiences with AT&T, Pacific Telephone, and PacBell. I found them to be an utterly dishonest, unscrupulous, and evil company with all the dirty work being done by nicely dressed,well-scrubbed, people. While that may sound over-the-top to some, it is an understatement of what it was really like. I seriously doubt that they've learned a thing since 1982 when Judge Greene issued the Modified Final Judgment, ending their monopoly. And now the idiots that run AT&T have succeeded in putting a very much slimmed down Humpty-Dumpty back together again.
Bristol Palin Confirms She Will Run for Political Office {PopEater}
Feb 9th 2011 10:15PM She was home-schooled by one of the most successful politicians in the country so her lack of a high-school diploma shouldn't count. And if her momma winds up in the White House after the 2012 election, she'll have a chance to talk with national leaders from all over the world. It's possible that she could run as the VP candidate in her mother's presidential bid. I guess we'll just have to wait and see what this amazing young woman does next.
'Book of Mormon' Creators 'Not Worried' About Offending Mormons {PopEater}
Feb 1st 2011 11:43AM Are Parker and Stone planning to include anything about the odd underwear that Mormons are required to buy and wear? Are they planning to include any mention of Joseph Smith's marriage to the very young Helen Mar Kimball--permission for which her father traded for a high position in the Church? Parker and Stone's Book of Mormon could be a big hit . . .
Snake Lost on Train in Boston {AOL Travel News}
Jan 9th 2011 5:51PM Is there any kind of recorded sound they could use to attract it--like a mating call?
Cannes-Winning Director Jafar Panahi Sentenced To 6 Years In Prison - Can't Make Movies For 20 {Moviefone Blog}
Dec 25th 2010 8:10PM This may very well backfire on the regime. Ordinary Iranians, especially those that love their country, will quietly lose respect for the regime that has imprisoned Jafar Panafi and when the time comes that the current administration needs the people's support, it won't be there. Let's just hope it's soon.
Noah's Ark Park to Open in Kentucky {AOL Travel News}
Dec 3rd 2010 1:53PM If your husband got a degree--as you say--in Constitutional Law, why didn't he get a JD, Juris Doctor, that is, Doctor of Laws, instead?
