Sep 4th 2010 8:55AM now how many of u folks out there have ever had a deep fried hot roll, hummmmmm ?????....i figure quite a lot, at one time in your life...i think those were the first things that were considered off the wall back in the fifties, but now anything goes..it's not just hot dogs and elephant ears any more....now they're gettin even more creative..and here in OHIO, i've seen some really strange ones (deep fried pork rinds, deep fried pickled eggs, deep fried jelly biscuits, and even deep fried cupcakes, and the proverbial deep fried pickle)...the one with the butter is just actually a little square of it in the middle of your pastry or biscuit dough, and dippin it in the deep fry batter......it's really good......so,not indulging is the thing, but with deep fried snickers bars to the fillets stuffed w/cream cheese and chives, it's gettin pretty weird out there....

Aug 30th 2010 8:20AM I like Kyra, but I have to agree, there were a couple of pics of her up close that were NOT flattering..but that wasn't her fault....the wind must have kicked up or something and the stinkin camera monsters don't care what they're shootin,they shoot at anything that moves, cause it MAY be a good shot....I'm wonderin why Dexter didn't win anything...am I missin somethin here, cause i thought it was one of the best....

Mar 9th 2010 7:28AM I've been givin money to my grandkids to take to the dollar store for 16 yrs...they can get a gift at Christmas time for everyone on thier list and i know they feel good about givin something that they got themselves. I get so many things there like dishwashing liq. and big cans of litter freshner. There is always something new there, and now they have frozen dinners and other frozen food...Name brands too...

Feb 21st 2010 7:27PM my school lunches were all made from scratch.my fav was the soupbeans and homemade rolls. the rolls were almost 4 in high and oh soooo good.. it would cost a lot less if it were done the same way now and a lot more nutritious.

Jan 19th 2010 8:52AM this just cracks me up....i like makin em from scratch with my grandkids..u r suppossed to get 100 cookies from a batch...my grandma counted em and one day ended up with 52...we didn't get e-coli....i get my eggs from the lady down the road, and have been for 22 yrs...u all should do it this way...my grandma lived to be 93...i hope i'm as lucky..

Jul 23rd 2009 8:44AM Maybe it's just me, but these first comments just sound like advertising ploys....but this is truely somrthing i want to do...I just turned 60 and was blindsided by being fired....are these places really legit, and can i really make a living doing this? I don't know about any of the rest of u but this is scarin the hell outa me, and i don't have that long till i could retire, which i don't want to do because i love working. The simple fact is i need to find a job......NOW....AND I'M INTELLIGENT ENOUGH TO KNOW THAT THEY SHOULD BE PAYING ME, NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND...
