Of course the Gangs are screwed over in that they have nowhere to expand their operation.

If he is conducting regular weekly services then the municipality has cause, but if its once and a while then Vicki Hill has a big problem, she has to go after everyone who host a party at their home including those that regularly conduct Amway, Avon, Mary Kay or any other such activity and/or business from their home. If Michael Salman wants to conduct regulator religious services then go build a church. There have been many who have done so.
