Jan 5th 2012 8:49PM Why don't they rent the houses back to the people who they foreclosed on? They already live there. They just can't afford the sky high interest rates that their mortgages went up to. Offer them a decent rental fee and it could be a win-win.

Sep 9th 2011 1:00PM Why do you think most of us have stopped paying our mortgage payments??? During the emotional process you end up hating the bank and hating your home, so you say "screw it" and just live in the home for free. I'm at 9% adjustable and BOA wouldn't even throw me a bone when I lost my job. The way I figure it is they became my investment partner the day I signed the mortgage. The real estate market crashed, therefore, they take their punches just as I have to.
