Decision 2012: Katie Couric and Ricki Lake to Duke It Out for Daytime Slot? {PopEater}
Mar 17th 2011 1:25PM Since I would never watch anything that had Katie Couric on it, for even one second, this whole thing is a moot point for me. The kindest thing I can say about Katie Couric is that she needs to get her face sandpapered.
Tim Tebow to Start Again for Broncos as Kyle Orton Recuperates {Fanhouse NFL Blog}
Dec 21st 2010 12:26PM In addition to quarterback, Tim Tebow could start on any professional football team at any of the following positions: center, guard, tackle, end, halfback, fullback, linebacker, safety, defensive end, defensive tackle or nose guard. Outside of that, he is just another ex-Gator, former University of Florida football player.
Time to Rethink How We Protect Young Football Players {Fanhouse - Kevin Blackistone}
Oct 31st 2010 8:12AM For every ONE high school athlete who dies from a brain injury, there are THOUSANDS of high schoolers who die from automobile accidents caused by driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, texting while driving, drug overdose and gang violence. All of you liberal bleeding heart do-gooders out there should concentrate on the real problems that are killing our kids by the THOUSANDS. It is NOT athletic participation.
Here She Comes, America's Perfect Teen, From Wales {ParentDish}
Sep 22nd 2010 3:47PM America's perfect teen indeed! What a farce. She might be Pakistan's or India's perfect teen, but she is neither British, Welsh or American. She is obviously a recent immigrant from Pakistan or India and quite possibly a muslim. Her selection is simply more of the politically correct," socialist, liberal garbage American and British citizens have been dumped on lately. We are getting sick and tired of this kaka.
Tom Cruise's Troubles: As Clear as 'Knight and Day' {PopEater}
Jun 28th 2010 11:55PM Tom Cruise has sunk to the bottom of the barrel if the best leading lady he can get is Cameron Diaz. She looks pretty much like what she is. I will leave it at that.
Wild Ride {MyDaily}
Jun 14th 2010 2:30PM She did everything wrong and the advice from nearly all of the commentors is horribly wrong. If your car accelerates uncontrollably, the first thing you do is (1) shift into neutral. Your engine will race like mad, but that's OK for now. You need you engine to keep running. If you turn off your engine, you will immediately lose your power steering and power brakes. The car will be very difficult or even impossible to steer or stop effectively when the engine is turned off. (2) With the car now in neutral and the engine still running, get off the road as quickly and safely as possible at your very first opportunity. (3) Now you can turn off your engine and seek other assistance as needed.
Secret Beaches of the US {AOL Travel News}
May 29th 2010 6:35PM On behalf of all the "greenies" out there who just love to espouse their "love of the environment," I must congratulate Jordon Simon for exposing to all the world the location of these previously unknown pristine beaches. Of course, all of these phony environmental "greenies" will beat feet ASAP to as many of these beaches as possible, dragging their ghetto boom boxes, surf boards, styrofoam and plastic take-out cups, beer and pop cans, a variety of fast food take-out containers from McDonald's, Burger King, Wendy's, Starbucks, etc., cigarette butts, used condoms, all of which they will leave strewn all over these previously unspoiled beaches. Thanks a lot Jordan. You are really a committed journalist.
Simon Monjack, Brittany Murphy's Widower, Found Dead in Los Angeles {PopEater}
May 24th 2010 12:43PM For all of you naive readers who seem to think this whole Murphy/Monjack/live-in mother-in-law death scene is "strange," I would remind you that you are dealing with the Hollywood Movie & Entertainment crowd. Here, behavior and life style that would seem disgusting, abnormal, weird or even just plain sick to most normal people are absolutely "within normal limits" for this anything goes, if-it-feels-good-do-it crowd of wackos. Remember, this is Mother Nature's way of telling you, DON'T TOUCH!
Charlie Crist Holding Bare Lead in Three-Way Florida Senate Race {Politics Daily}
May 23rd 2010 10:31PM Charlie Crist is Florida's Arlen Specter. Just like Specter, Charlie Crist left the Republican because it is "all about me." His selfish loyalty is to himself, not the party or the voters. Not trustworthy.
Marco Rubio, on the other hand, is the real deal. He is a true conservative and has the overwhelming support of both Democrat and Republican conservatives. You can trust Marco Rubio. He will make a great Senator.
Upfronts News Roundup: Bubble Show Updates {AOL TV}
May 17th 2010 2:27PM I am very happy for all of the shows that were cancelled and very sad for all of those that were saved. TV land is a vast garbage pit.
The one bright spot is FOX News, which my family and I watch 100% of the time.
