Las Vegas Airport Liquor Store Clears Hurdle {AOL Travel News}
Aug 7th 2010 1:12PM I am not happy about this deal....Lee's owns 16 stores in Las Vegas and the small family stores near the airport will lose their income and you can not take liquor on an airplane ...it has to be in a special wrap and go through cargo....I watched this discussion on Las Vegas TV and think the airport man pushed the idea on the city to make money for the airport not caring the stores it would hurt outside the airport!!

Mar 26th 2010 11:35AM My daughter worked for VS in high school in San Francisco but when she went to college she found out that no one wanted to work for VS in Las Vegas as the managers were all rude to employees and only promoted friends. The headquarters in Ohio were aware of the situation and planned on getting new management. Today the underwear at VS is not appealing so no one really cares about shopping at VS.

Jan 2nd 2010 9:41AM Dry Clean Only Comment.....my daughter has many clothes from Cache and White House Black Market that read DryClean only and through 6 years of college they have all been washed on the gentle cycle and they would dry on a clothes rack or flat on a towel if necessary and they were ok.....;-)

Oct 1st 2009 1:26PM Verizon is the worst service....my entire family has had trouble with them....they keep giving us extra charges and call it Data....my son sent 4 phones back FED EX until he got one that worked for his trip to Europe then it did not work in Europe because Verizon forgot to tell him to put a SIM card in it to activate it and the Europe SIM cards don't work. We have calls that don't ring in and calls that are lost and the corporate store in Las Vegas is the worst on Eastern near St. Rose Parkway...It must be a training store because no one knows what they are doing!

Southwest Airlines' image gets grounded by maintenance troubles {Daily Finance}
Aug 27th 2009 11:46AM Southwest is the best airline in many ways and they do not have 46 airplanes grounded...this is another media running with a story without checking the facts...the minute the airplane has a problem they phone Dallas and Dallas has the plane out of service and you fly another plane. As for leg room Southwest has leg room...United has NO leg room the seat in front of you touches your knees. United has rude employees in many cities. Southwest has happy employees as they are treated very well and so they don't take anger out on customers. United and Delta have old airplanes...lets check their planes before we complain about Southwest you may be surprised to hear how old they are...and what shape they are in today!

Jul 30th 2009 4:44PM Returning from many flights.......my last part of the trip home was in Los Angeles and a very rude TSA pulled my Hawaiian carryon off as it went through x-ray and it only had Gifts such as Jewelry Boxes, Shirts, and Honolulu Cookie company gift boxes. The 4 of us had checked our luggage in at the counter after flying all night from Hawaii. She was extremely slow and wanted to open everything and finally when she wanted to open the new cookie boxes that were sealed from the cookie factory...my daughter complained vocally and a supervisor was called over and we explained to him how she was doing an terrible job and he had the good sense to send the cookies in a basket through x-ray one more time as who gives open cookie boxes to family and friends as gifts? I noticed her name and thought og writing a letter but they would most likely cover for their employees!

Jun 23rd 2009 10:43AM Obviously you did not research Southwest....it is not a commuter airline...it flys all over the United States and the baggage agents are swamped with luggage from people that pack too many suitcases instead of one suitcase per person...some people take their entire closet on vacation!
