obnoxious. Until the city decides that its had enough
of this abhorrent behavior, things will continue as is. The DA and city law officials must curb this
situation with steep fines and jail time. The sports
team management must ban these thugs from the premises for a period of no less than three (3) years upon conviction. Until the authorities get tough, the low-life will rule.
