10 Tips For International Business Travel {Gadling}
Sep 19th 2012 12:21PM Just returned from Europe a few weeks ago, so my experience is fresh.
1. Be sure you have a credit card that can be used internationally, i.e.Citibank cards in the US are not used in Europe, call for the upgrade at least one month early and they will send a new card that can be used in all locations.
2. Be sure you call all your banks and credit./debit cards to tell them your travel dates, so the don’t reject a bill
3. Be sure you take the appropriate electric converters, we stayed at the Ritz and even they did not

Credit card companies piling on fees, raising rates ahead of new federal rules {Daily Finance}
May 14th 2009 12:26PM I've had a citibank card for 18 years, with a fixed rate of 11.9% and a credit limit of 49,000, which I built up becuse I use the card for short term loans to manange my business. Never had a late payment NEVER!
Last month they raised my rate to 16.9% variable.
The supervisor told me they are raising all rates to beat the new government rules. I shopped around to other companies and they all told me the same thing.
My FICO score is 840. Consumers get screwed again.
So much for building my credit!

That is half true, but what the whole story is the American's moved onto land that they did not own, (squatters) After many attempts from the land owners and the Mexican government to reach a sale price, and the American's refusal to do so, they were served notice that they had 180 days to vacate the land.
What would happen in the US????
