Travel Like a Boss: Onboard Singapore Airlines new A380 out of JFK {Gadling}
Feb 19th 2012 3:07PM Airbus is inferior to Boeing by a huge margin. Take a ride on the 787 and THEN on this airbus, see for yourself the difference, huge.
LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian Are Engaged! {The Boot}
Dec 28th 2010 12:27PM I don't blame Leanne for what happened. Too many people are quick to condemn without understanding that there are reasons for things to happen that are not to the plan; not all marriages are meant to last forever. When the heart isn't being attended to, things can happen.
Why Do Women All Seem to Want Taller Men? {Personal Articles}
Feb 13th 2009 11:21PM Generally speaking, shorter guys tend to have a complex for being short, and try to make up for it by competing and overdoing some things, but many times fall short, pardon the pun. Napoleonic complex is a real deal, least I've seen it over and over again. Again, generally speaking, women I've dated do are not interested in short men, they deliberately look for taller men, at least 4-6" taller than themselves. There are exceptions to every rule, I'm just being honest and speaking in general here.
A Cure for Jet Lag {Gadling}
Apr 20th 2006 12:01PM Humidity is deliberately kept low on current-day metal airplanes to keep corrosion down (the last thing anyone wants is for rivets to start falling out in flight!!). This creates a need for drinking water or you will also dry out during the flight. I forgot to add that another feature of the Boeing 777 Dreamliner will be a composite (non-metallic) fueslage, and they will be able to raise the humidity to almost normal levels to eliminate this problem.
A Cure for Jet Lag {Gadling}
Apr 20th 2006 11:56AM Boeing's new 777 Dreamliner was designed with features in it that will reduce or eliminate jet lag, including a dark ceiling to simulate the night sky on long trips, and lighting adjustments that will coincide with what your brain is adjusted for in your time zone. It's supposedly one of the best new features of the plane, and has worked excellent during tests flights.
