Guess should step away from the copies and develop their own identity recognizably different from Gucci. (Maybe work on a new logo? I'm guessing (pun intended) Gucci came first.)

Jan 27th 2009 3:48PM The article does not state his condition when he tripped and fell into the sofa. But, he was trapped for 60 hours without food or water. That isn't hardly life threatening. Scary, maybe, but not life thretening.

If he really does have a contract through 1012, the courts may rule in his favor. If he is so close to forclosure now, how can he afford a lawyer?
