J.Lo Is Furious That 'Idol' Is All About Steven Tyler {PopEater}

Feb 2nd 2011 8:04AM I just don't believe this. It is hollywood/gossip reporter trash, trying to take a swipe at someone to create a non-issue. Ms. Lopez is doing just fine, Randy seems more relaxed this year and Steven is outrageous,funny and brings his own slant. I predict the show will do well and who is this moron anyway?

'The King's Speech' Trailer: Is This a Lock for Best Picture? {Moviefone Blog}

Sep 25th 2010 3:02AM The problem is, usually hollywood gets all gaga over long, boring British or other foreign films that make your eyes bleed. This DOES have a really good cast and they are capable of bringing a good performance but I've been disappointed before when I watched the latest Hollywood "Darling" and found it as exciting as watching paint dry. Not convinced yet.

Kim Kardashian And a Gorilla Share the Red Carpet at a Charity Event (VIDEO) {AOL TV}

Sep 20th 2010 1:37PM Ok, I'm old...I admit it. But for the life of me I don't understand why so many people hate these Kardashian girls. They are all just beautiful young women. Especially Kim. Just stunning. Is it jealousy or just the proclivity of the young to be mean at times? Celebrity has long been established as relative. Movie star? Singing star? Musician? Author? Model? Sometimes (and more often than not these days) Just someone who is in the public limelight a lot. Does it qualify for stardom? Seems to. I wish Kim and her family well. The world is a more beautiful place because you are in it.

'America's Got Talent' Winner Is Crowned {AOL TV}

Sep 16th 2010 11:50AM I like the way Michael hugged the 10 year old girl and sincerely asked her "are you ok"? "Are you ok?" He was very concerned and kind to do so.

'America's Got Talent' Winner Is Crowned {AOL TV}

Sep 16th 2010 8:31AM Even the divine Sarah Briteman warned Jackie to "save" her voice and pace herself. She said she would be a great talent . A voice like that could burn out early....very easy to do. Also, I love Jackie, think she is great but if she were mine would I want her to be in VEGAS at 10? Let her grow up, America will welcome her. Michael was a very nice, humble guy who could really sing. He wants to help his grandparents and deserves a break! Well done Michael!

Dad Reprimanded for Letting Daughter Walk to Bus Stop {ParentDish}

Sep 15th 2010 11:13AM Do the Brits have that Stop Sign that swings out from the bus that STOPS TRAFFIC BOTH WAYS. On a 2 lane road this should never be a problem. It's against the freakin law here to pass a school bus when it signals a stop to ofload kids.

Are airline passengers getting ruder? Deal with it! {Gadling}

Sep 9th 2010 8:47AM I flew a lot for business for years. I'm "off the road" now but what I did see in addition to the airlines fees and security patting down a 90 year old woman in a wheelchair, etc was flight attendants getting meaner and angrier. Their ultimate weapon? "Sir/Madam, you WILL comply to my request or I will report you to the Captain and he will have a team of Federal Marshalls waiting for you when we land"....Well, THERE'S a way to make friends and influence people! I actually made the change to not fly as much because of the hassles, increased costs and some (but not all) of these nasty flight attendants who want to blame us for their poor choice of employment.

Two Asteroids Pass Near Earth {AOL Hot Searches}

Sep 8th 2010 3:05PM I know the solution for the asteroid problem...dealt with it personally.

Hash Bars and Legal Prostitution in Vegas? Not Likely {AOL Travel News}

Sep 2nd 2010 9:38AM Sleazy? These "vices" become far less sleazy when legal and licensed. To say there is no prostitution in Vegas is ridiculous. Any hotel - late night has a number of "available" ladies just waiting for an invite. The streets are full of people handing out cards with "escort" services and in some parts of town, some pretty scarry hookers just walk the streets. As to drugs? get real!
I am not saying we need to approve of these but when legal, the workers are tested regularly, given medical care, under strict supervision to use protection, and the "customers" are safe if they choose to frequent the establishments.
I'm not a drug user in any way but pot just seems over rated on the "crime" meter.
We spend fortunes on these crimes when we could control them, leagalize them and perhaps best of all, TAX them!
Maybe we need to rethink the process? Just sayin'
