Sep 27th 2007 7:27AM Oh, please, do be an Ugly Tourist. I happen to be Romanian, so I can afford to do a simple thing - when someone drops a piece of paper, I pick it up and give it back to them. They're so surprised by this that the first reaction is to take it.

The expression on their face is worth all the money spent on hand disinfectant gel.
