Writer Kinda Apologizes for Fat Remarks in Scathing JCPenney Article {Stylelist}
Aug 14th 2009 1:56PM I'm not obsese but who cares? I like to shop at Penny's especially for my grandaughter who is a tween, tall and tiny, and the clothing at Penny's is stylish yet still within the budget. My goodness! What would this woman think of Walmart if she is bashing Penny's so much? I bet she doesn't even know what Payless Shoe Store is....so much for the stuck up snooty woman who will be getting plenty of grief and who knows, maybe some day she will be forced to actually "shop" at the Goodwill Store and learn some humility.
Trusted Him to the End {Asylum}
Jun 17th 2009 1:48PM While Mr. Olsted certainly idolizes his father, the truth is his father, while seeming to be heroic was foolish for taking the risks that he took, walking along the edge of the razor blade and in the end, paid the ultimate price. It's a shame that his father's inability to understand that his risk taking might deprive his son of a father in the future who would have enjoyed many more adventures, albeit perhaps milder and safer in nature. Life is dangerous enough without having to add that extra adrenalin rush of risking your life unnecessarily. There are lots of ways to get that rush without endangering your children. Just my thoughts.

How Old is Too Old for Today's Fashion Trends? {oldstylelist}
Oct 11th 2007 3:58PM Wear clothes that don't accentuate any negative aspects of your body, buy clothing that fits, fortunately tunics and wide leg pants are stylish now and if you are a good shopper you can dress very stylishly for little money. I am 52 years old, I am a 5"2" tall and I wear a size 12 which is my comfort zone weight.

Get your Dada on {Stylelist}
Oct 10th 2006 4:27PM I have found that shopping on line w/Spiegel/Newport-News/Chadwick's and Metrostyle have great lines of clothing perfect for the "over 40's" with fashion that is both chick but also flattering to the "not so perfect" figures that we older women tend to have. The prices are good and the clothing is well made and durable.
