Feb 4th 2009 2:42PM What I remember about Barbi was that she was the only Playmate who seemed really likeable- because she was. She also had a real business brain and she made a great deal of money on her own without trading on her Playboy experience or Hefner. A very impressive woman. She and Hefner remained friends. Btw- she never had to get the "blow up" boobs- and that tells you something right there.

Aug 12th 2008 9:02AM Real estate people have been doing that for a long, long time- looking up the obituaries- especially when you have people with money. So- don't blame them for that. It reminds me of when women in the church bring by a casserole as soon as the man's wife drops dead. That happened to my neighbor, and the women brought by not only casseroles, but asked for dates, offered him sex, or to "move in" with him for awhile to "help him with his grief." His wife hadn't been dead a week, yet the "kindly" offers just keep on coming. It's called opportunism- no matter how you slice it. Btw- did you think that Bravo was actually looking for honest, hardworking (read boring) real esate people? Bravo is quickly becoming the Sleaze Channel, along with Fox's Reality channel.

He doesn't even have any money (he hasn't made a dime from his record contract (not that unusual), so you know it couldn't be his charm, intelligence or songwriting ability. Jul 29th 2008 11:05PM It was widely published that old Doc Phil paid $12 mil- CASH for this house. Yes, I said- CASH. Apparently he wanted everyone to know that he had that kind of money to throw away. I've never heard of anyone being so stupid that kind of money into a house- unless you were going to live in it for the rest of your life. That's simply Real Estate 101. ILand will always be valuable- not houses. don't believe that this house is now valued as $18 million because the real estate market has been especially hard hit in L.A.- more so in Beverly Hills. I'm sure his neighbors are laughing up a storm.

So, Logan is dating a married man, but "reporter" can be either male or female. Thinka about it. So naive...How do you think people in that business get to the top- by screwing models?

Jun 13th 2008 2:18PM In my area, asses like that are an everyday occurence. The difference is that we didn't have to buy it for $8000 and up at the plastic surgeon's office- and it is very painful with a very long recovery time. While Kim is a beautiful woman, her figure is horrible. Your body needs to be in proportion, and there aren't many women with really good figures around. Like mine!
