Jul 1st 2008 2:22PM But the check in procedure shouldn't be taken out of the flight attendant. All they're responsible for is getting passengers on and off the plane and assisting during the flight with reasonable needs. It's not like you'll be treated like a movie star one on one. They have to take care of everyone on that flight. If you want star treatment go hire a private jet. I'm sure most fliers will find something wrong with the service there too. >.

Feb 24th 2008 2:45AM How dare ABC not report this abuse caught on camera with clear vocals and pictures to the proper people. Not in danger? I was taken from my parents and put up for adoption when I was abused as a baby..not able to speak about what happened at that age I thank God someone was paying attention. Physical deliberate abuse either verbal or physical should never, ever be excused. Did they think the child in question wasn't fearing for her life? Even if they didn't think so? - Outraged

Jan 25th 2008 1:30AM I'd like to say I fully support people who live their dreams..but this guy basically made a death choice. I feel terrible for his family and friends. Sadly for him it was a fatal and selfish decision. His loved one's will never be able to talk to him again, ask how he's feeling or meet his future bride or dream about seeing his future children...I support common sense. Not a hidden will to die. Think about what you do to yourself and the people who love you before acting.

I think the winter boots Bear Paws are so much cuter...they cost 2 -3 times less the Uggs and they come usually in much nicer more practical styles and colors. Plus they are fuzzy on the inside too so the comfort level is there. Keep in mind if you do shop for Bear Paws double check the sizes..Bear Paws tend to need the next size up from your usual size just from all the padding on the inside that usually includes thicker socks. Not certain if they come in children sizes but I've seen them in adult sizes..just keep an eye out and Happy Holidays!

Dec 15th 2007 12:32AM It's upsetting to me that people in general are not instructed clearly when told of a policy..common sense is certainly needed in all cases. A couple on a outing with their child should be allowed to capture the memories positively and not have it soured by inept individuals.

Sep 11th 2007 10:31PM My personal view to explain Ada Calhoun's flippant remarks about such a touching story could be explained very easily...She may have experienced during her life time deaths in the family, perhaps a friend...and not prepared in any way for it. Or even told about a passing days after it happened...I've had that happen. It's was like ice water had been thrown in my face. I hope her heart thaws one day and realizes the best way to be there for someone during such a difficult time is to support their final wishes and treat them with the RESPECT they deserve. And accept it..sadly there isn't anyway to avoid death..just to prolong life, if we're that lucky. My thoughts and best wishes to anyone facing such a challenge now and in the future.
