Madeline L'Engle and a Wrinkle in Time in Albany, Oregon {Gadling}

Sep 8th 2007 5:19PM Wrinkle in Time is my favorite book too and for all the reasons you listed. I have given it to every niece and nephew born to us in the last 34 years just as soon as they could read it. It amazes me how often it comes into my mind in some everyday situation. As you so aptly put it, the "theme of good overcoming evil. Or that in there is a place in the world for oddballs, and that listening to your internal compass..., along with a different view on how angels might appear to us - all inspired me at 12 and continue to do so at 52. I had not heard of Madeline L'Engle's death and am glad to know of it. Thanks for the article.
