Nov 23rd 2011 5:26PM Most posts are from the 'Something For Nothing' club. The man got to where he wanted to go. It was HIS CHOICE to stand. If he was uncomfortable, he should have said something to the flight attendents and insisted on better accommodations instead of standing, then going to the media to cry after the effect.
Nobody FORCED him to do anything. He does not deserve full refund +. He knew before takeoff that the other person was overweight. It wasn't something that surprised him halfway through the flight. He should have said something immediately upon boarding so both could be accommodated.
I'm sick of all this whining to the media when things don't go someone's way when they are too stupid to do something about it.

It would be refreshing to see someone, or something win on their own merits instead of appearing faceciously superior by tearing the opponent down.
