Dec 16th 2009 10:13AM The doctor was hired by the company to see him and determine what he or she felt was the cause of his injury. The doctor had every right to mention his weight as a contributing factor to his injury. It is an opinion and if he didn't like it, he could have made an effort to challenge the opinion.

Nov 25th 2009 11:43AM I agree with one of the writers who said the airline could have asked for a volunteer to either move or take a later flight. This was regarding a death. They should have done more. I do agree that his weight is his problem and he should pay for two seats. An FYI: If a very heavy person sits next to you and wants to put the armrest up, say NO........ They will spread all over your space.

Oct 30th 2009 12:48AM I don't understand the feelings these people have to not be comfortable as the sex they were born. I do see that they suffer great pain with these gender issues. If one of my children made this decision, I would love them and try to understand and be supportive. Kudos to Cher for her support of her child.....

Oct 2nd 2009 12:57PM They are finding more and more uses for botox. Among them, sweaty palms. Ask anyone with a clammy handshake if this isn't a miracle. I have had injections in my vocal cords for fifteen years that allow me to talk. I am all for taking botox off label as long as there is some accountablilty for how it is being used and a way to monitor those uses.

Sep 30th 2009 1:10PM I am familiar with Autism, as I have someone in the family with it. It has to be recognized and delt with twenty fours hours a day. No denial. I get a horrible sinking feeling in my stomach that much could have been done to help him. I can't judge the Travoltas or place blame.

Sep 29th 2009 10:02AM Why would I want to buy food I can get at a store?? Forget that!!! QVC is too expensive. I live in an area with any kind of store I need. I shop HSN for unusual items. On the other hand, I am just about through buying anything. The shipping charges are killers. It is cheaper to use a little more gas. My gripe is that if you buy something in multiples, you have to pay separate shipping charges on each one!!!!
