Feb 5th 2011 2:38PM An electric will shave as close as a blade, it takes longer and more effort. You must stretch the skin ahead of the head to stand the beard up to shave close. Takes me several strokes. But a blade tears my skin apart, under my heavy beard.
A Wahl works better than Remington, and works especially better than any Norelco.
An electric must be clean.........after every shave. But for those who has skin that is terribly sensitive, a Wahl will do it for you, with patience and a little effort. I love my Wahl.

For Chris Harnack to say the above is to display an astonishing ignorance.!! I cannot stand Sarah Palin's politics,and I dislike her. I supported Bristol with my votes until the end. I ended up voting for Jennifer Grey.......who also was villified by the mean folks in our society. If these people are SO anti-DWTS, and their choice of dancers, why do they even watch???
Bristol is a young women trying to do something she wanted to do.....and she did well. I don't understand the mean attacks on her. Well, I do understand...and it saddens and infuriates me. DWTS is still my favorite TV show. Bristol was much improved...something the show is predicated on. She is a nice young ladey. And it is hateful to pick on her because of her Mom. She did not ask to be Palin's daughter. No,,,she DID NOT ruin DWTS.
