Nov 21st 2010 11:07AM Massachusetts has come light years ahead in the past twenty seven years, that is when a group of people got together and sued the state in federal court and won. Previous to this Mentally ill, and Mentally retarded were housed together in mostly undesirable conditions, the "Consent Decree" separated the two, forced them to treat the illnesses seperately, provide community housing as opposed to institutions. Several other things stemmed from this, the "Rogers Decision" stopped the ability to use certain drugs that just made it easier to control individuals. Thankfully most of the institutions are closed now, those that are still opened will close soon.

Nov 8th 2010 6:04PM When Ronald Regan destroyed the working man's economy Congress came up with "Green Thumb" and George H. W. Bush signed into law the one good thing he did. This created training for all the people who's jobs were given to other countries by the former president. The son of G.H.W Bush eliminated this program as a true Republican would, it helped working people. He then went on to sell jobs to foreign countries so his friends in corporate America could become wealthier. Now would be a good time to bring this program back! I am sure, if shown, I could operate today's cnc millers, I ran them when people, not computers, had to do the work.
