Thais Bust Man With Rare Animals at Airport {AOL Travel News}

Feb 13th 2011 1:11PM "One really has to question how Chatuchak Market, which is located just down the street from both Wildlife Protection and Nature Crime Police Offices, can continue these illegal mass sales,"

It's called bribery!

Mike Conway Suffers Leg Injury in Terrifying Indy 500 Crash {Fanhouse Motorsports Blog}

May 31st 2010 7:36AM My prayers go out to Mike Conway and his family during this tragic accident. May God's peace be with you during this time of healing. Hope will always be there for all of you, and lean on the added strength of God at this time to help you get through this. Our thoughts are with you.

Give me a break, freak! If God gave a damn about racing, he or she wouldn't have allowed the crash to occur, or he would have made a femur out of rubber. I feel like I need to take a bath or brush my teeth after reading a comment like that. Are you a member of that church that pickets soldiers funerals? Or do you believe that God typed out your copy of the bible by himself, for your benefit?

Sources: South Florida Coach Jim Leavitt Struck Player {Fanhouse NCAA Football Blog}

Dec 14th 2009 5:38PM At ASU, Frank Kush had taken the Sun Devils to #2 in 1974. The cover of the 1975 Press Guide was labeled "Reaching for #1" with a picture of John Jefferson stretched out catching a TD pass. In that next year the program fell apart, a walk-on punter from nearby farm town, Gilbert, reported to authorities that Kush grabbed his helmut and slapped the side of it. With Kush'e denials, and lawsuits filed, what was very minor involving a very popular coach turned the program sour, got Kush fired never to ever coach college again. Leavitt needs to learn from that example to be upfront and tell the truth the first time, not to be evasive allowing the situation to boil up into a flood he can't control. With an apology, and some therapy, all will be forgotten, the situation out of steam.

Southwest Airlines Testing Enhanced Boarding {Gadling}

Aug 30th 2007 2:05AM I like it!
I was flying Southwest from SLC to PHX on Friday afternoon. In SLC all Southwest gates are in a small circle maybe 10-20 feet apart. At 4-5 p.m., every gate was in action unloading and quickly loading from B-13 to B-18. people were in line 50-80 minutes prior to flight time making a royal mess. I was in the "B" line but I wasn't sure if it was the B-18 or the B-15, "B" line. I asked others close by who were similarly confused, standing so as to not get a middle seat. The Houston-Hobby Southwest gates are the same way. There isn't enough room for people to get in line an hour a head of every flight in 3 long lines per gate. Even on delayed flights no one moved from the lines, they just stayed the 60 minutes a head of time in addition to the 45 minute delay.
THANKS BE TO THE POWERS THAT BE, that we have some common sense out there. This isn't Russia, we hate lines in the US. Why stand for all this time to them be smashed together 6 across? Now we can sit and relax until the numbers are called. And no Virginia, it isn't going to be #1, now #2, #3 etc. They will call 1-30, then board the families before calling 31-60, followed by the rest of the plane. So it won't matter if you are #1 or #30, just so you aren't #31.
