Dec 25th 2007 10:43PM Alright...cell phone use while driving or walking..or doing anything basically will DISTRACT YOU. This is no new news...so why are some PEOPLE DUMB ENOUGH to try this? Put down the phone while your in the car. Just put it down...who ever it is..YOU CAN CALL THEM BACK...I hate how some Americans have become so downright stupid.
Airport Security, Knife Woes and a Hypodermic Needle {Gadling}
Oct 2nd 2007 1:56AM First of all. Who in their right mind thinks that a knife should be allowed aboard a plane? I work for TSA and I definently think you should think about the thousands of people we are protecting every day than just yourself. So you couldn't take the corkscrew. Think of what it is and what it could be used for. As far as for the syringes that you found aboard the plane..basically anything used for medical purposes can go. Rules are rules and TSA personnel is trained for these sort of things. Passengers don't have a clue.

Aug 29th 2007 4:25PM Airlines getting better? Not anytime soon. I work TSA at LAX airport. For those of you who don't know what that is and have never traveled, I am one of those people that x rays your bags and pats you down when you alarm the walk through metal detector. Like airport security, I'm at the checkpoint. TSA works closely with the airlines, and let me say I am at LAX 5/7 days out of the week. The airlines are not changing for the better, they are changing for the worst. Long lines, delayed flights, unexpected price ups, the whole shebang!
