Sep 25th 2010 11:01AM A common gesture in any restaurant is to summon a waiter by holding your hand up and and waving it at the wrist ( meaning "come here"). In most Asian cultures, this is how one would call an animal such as a water buffalo or goat, not a person. However, the way to do the same acceptably, is to just reverse your hand, (fingers pointing down towards the floor) and waving at the wrist. It's always a good idea, I think, to verse oneself in the day to day protocols of other cultures if you frequently have contact with them or if you plan to travel.

They represent the sellers, not the buyers and consequently, will try to squeeze you for the highest bucks you might pay. Higher price paid for the house = higher commision for them.

THE PLANE IS NOT YOUR SATILITE OFFICE. The seats are made to go back for travel comfort, not to accomodate work-a-holics at the expense of my travel comfort. So sit back, have your martini relax and shut up.
