Jan 15th 2010 3:36PM Y not the Government give a percentage back of premium when there isn't a flood during that year? Since all premiums are based on locations & possibilty of a flood happening, why give the Homeowner's some of their money back.
i wonder if this question has been address or option has been provided to help Homeowners.

Crystal Springs Golf Course in Burlingame, Ca 94010 got their certification way before Mirimichi Golf Course in 1997.
I'm not sure why Crystal Springs is not listed on the Audubon site, but are certified.

WTF??? i had to do a double take..that doesnt look anything like her! shes looks like shes 40+ yrs old! ..one thing tho all this young women celebrities they probably would have been okay if they didnt get involved with Paris Hilton, she's seriously a bad egg and a disgrace to her family! so many careers have been ruined..what a shame!
