Mar 14th 2011 11:17AM ENOUGH ! with the "TOO THIN" comments. Believe it or not, some people are naturally thin. She was SLIM when she was younger and may well be SLIM when she gets older. I'm in my 50's and STILL SLIM and can eat what I like, never dieted, AND have NO eating disorder.

Not so much because of price or items, but, I am sick of workers who can't speak two words of English !
i went through FOUR so called Helpers when asking for help and then asked for a Supervisor.... Supervisor came along.... Guess What .... He ALSO could barely speak English !!
I left and went to another store, where I received help from someone who has English as their FIRST language.

Feb 7th 2011 1:36PM I have 3 dogs, all who walk at different speeds, so, it takes the family for us to venture out. Which is good, as it then tears the kids away from the TV or playing Video Games and we all get some exercise. If, it's just me, I go out 3 times, I leave the slowest, oldest and my blind dog until last, as, by that time, it's the only speed I can go at !! LOL

May 29th 2010 1:15PM We just had the Census Worker here, even though we filled out form and sent it off ?
Anyway, Census worker said returned forms are at an all time low and he has been told if nothing else to get the Number of people in the home and forget the rest !
Some houses he has already been to 2 or 3 times.
He knows no Spanish which surprised me, as this area, even if they answer the door he won't be able to talk to them :)
He even asked me about my neighbor's and if "I" knew how many people lived there.
So after all the whoo ha, they will now settle for just a number :(
He's being paid $17 for that, which for a Non Speaking Spanish person in my area ... Good For Him !
He stated it's not just my area, but, ALL of America, the number of forms returned are pathetic :(
Our town is close to border and no account will be taken of all the school kids that go to our schools that live in another Country :(
Our street has about 60 homes and he said he has about 55 forms not sent back, seems to have been a total waste of money :(

Nov 4th 2009 1:03PM I watched a man take a basket full of DVD's and walk out of a Ralph's Store. The worker saw him, stood by the door and watched him go across the parking lot. I said "aren't you going to try and stop him ?" She said "We are not allowed to"
So I said if ALL the shoppers here decided to leave without paying then there is nothing you would do ?"
She just smiled :(
In England I've seen many a Shoplifter being tackled and brought down by one or more workers, which sometimes included the woman, even shoppers helped.
If everyone is so worried about law suits in the USA that thefts can be made so easy, what is the point of it all ?

It was a great show and had hints of ER characters in it.
Why you kept a show like LENO and let TRAUMA go ?
