Chinese Buffet - Part 13: Darling Dumplings {Gadling}

Aug 17th 2007 11:04PM I saw a special about these soup-filled dumplings on American TV several weeks ago. Interestingly enough, they soup is frozen into individual portions and then stuffed into the dumpling with the rest of the filling. When the dumpling is boiled, the frozen soup portion melts inside and awaits your first bite. Quite a culinary trick if you ask me!
