Jun 25th 2012 1:11PM This is a surprise to anyone ?.....just one more in an endless number of examples of a "very" few, already super wealthy,.... SCUM ! attempting to profit still more on the misery of others....why sell a house once, at a fair price.....with a fair mortgage....when you can sell it 10 times ?.....this is precisely the reason that in the late 80's early 90's ..you started seeing all these " WE BUY HOUSES" ads all over the place.....the already wealthy can afford to buy up every house in the country...have the capital to sit on them until someone that (thinks) they can swing the exorbitant mortgage price (end up paying $400.000.....on a $90.000...dollar home)....then (hopefully, in the banks mind)...pay about half that, lose their job, because a (very) few ,other ,already rich SCUM..decide that the way to get even richer is to send the jobs in their company overseas to 50 cent an hour sweatshops using child labor..and "yay"....they get to sell it all over again...the people that REALLY make america run are being RAPED daily by the SLEEZE that have been allowed to take control of this country !

the "mis-spellings" in most cases are fo rthe same reason as some screen names......the "correct" spelling were ALREADY TAKEN..... DUH !........there are untold numbers of peeps out there seeking vanity plates.....no surprise that MANY ideas are already taken, forcing peeps to attempt alternate spellings that still convey the message.....jeez

Feb 5th 2009 2:02PM while it is VERY true that htere some truly horrible people out there........all of you need to keep in mind that ons can be labled a "sex offender"....for having relations with someone 4 minutes before their 18th birthday.and also that hrere are MANY girls out there (boys go without saying ,.......i used to BE one lmao)....that will absolutely break their NECKS........TRYING to find "encounters" with older men ......there are MANY women i have know in my life that told me stories of looking for it , wanting it , finding it at some pretty nutty ages......and in reality it has only been in the last few generations (and no not just in the south morons, lol)......that people began to think in terms of "old maid".....if a girl was not married at like 15-16......and younger was even quite common.....there is no easy answer in our complicated world but the whole mania about this issue smacks of the same hysterical "zero tolerence" beurocratic idiocy that gets 13 year olds suspended from school for an asprin....a boy scout knife forgotten ,left in a pocket after a scout meeting....that gets FIVE YEAR OLDS in kindergarten charged with "sexual harrasment" (not my making.REAL incidents)......the people are exactly right who say the PARENTS should bear the responsibilty for teaching and protecting thir kids....anytime the government gets involved, makes sweeping "blanket" rulings with no latitude for interpretation......things get SCREWED the frig up !.....(it is easier to take someone's CHILDREN from them thatn their ANIMALS !.....(read some of the dfs horror stories ).....the outlook for our nation is bleak i fear.....because even the VERY FEW in the government NOT concerned only with their own power and profit.....are simply overwhelmed by our sheer numbers......the complexity of our sociological condition.......i sometimes think that htere is a "cap" if you will on social structure......once a certain level has been passed.....once society moves far enough away from the "village / tribal " mentality......it is only a matter of time before it disintegrates.....the egyptions.romans.....inca.....aztec......the list goes on ......sigh
