Apr 18th 2010 3:56PM I shop at the Dollar Tree all the time. I buy cards, gift wrap, gift bags any size all are just $1.00 and they are beautiful. I buy cleaning supplies too. They carry a product called Awsome and it really is awome!! I shop for party supplies and the candies that you pay $4.00 at the movies is just $1.00. Same products, less money spent, more in my pocket. Thats how it should be.

Mar 29th 2010 3:11AM TWA once lost my dog that was in a huge kennel. When I got on the fist flight I asked the flight attendant and the pilot if my dog was on the plane. They gave me the thumbs up. When I got to St. Louis, they couldn't find her. Dogs have to put in a kennel that they can move and turn. her kennel was huge. How could they lose her? They told me she never made it to St Louis and theywould deliver her to me liek they do luggage. She is not luggage. As we were taxiing away, they finally found her and stopped the plane to allow her on. It was the best day of my life. I hate that they charge for luggage now. I try to fly Southwest and I try to fly direct to my destinations, but that seldom happens. I jsut pray my luggaage gets to where I am going. I try to take souvineers on with me, but I had a snowglobe and they said It could go under the plane, not on it with me. Then they wanted to charge me to put my luggage under the plane. I told them they were out of their mind besides I was coming international and luggage is free. With the add on fees of luggage, they need to take care of our luggage. Some things can be irreplaceable.

Mar 28th 2010 2:51PM I was hospitalized and had no time to board my dog. I had 3 friends walk her throughout the day. I also have pee pads for her to use since she is old, so she was able to use the pads if needed. She typically ususe them at night when I am asleep. She is an older dog and sleeps a lot. One thing about me is I have a lot of good friends and when they come over to my place, they fall in love with my dog. Whenever I need them they are there for me. My dog did just fine. Not long ago, I boarded her and she tore up her bed. I usually board her when I travel. It is just easier than to ask my friends.

Mar 6th 2010 7:01PM My dog doesn't eat her poop. She eats the cat's poop and there is not much I can do especially when I am not home. The vet said dogs do eat cat poop. There is no meds for that, only if she was eating her own which she isn't.

Feb 12th 2010 6:36PM I have a Staffordshire Bull Terrier. She is the most loving dog. She is a licker also. She never barks, nor has she ever bitten anyone. I have had many parties at my place. I have taken her to other people's home as she is always welcomed into their homes. I have taken her to school with me and she has travelled with me both on an airplane and in my car. My dog is the best dog anyone can have and she is a pit. We also have a cat. They both sleep with me too. I give them free reign of my home when I am gone. She has also gone to a dog park and has never been in any dog fight. She has cancer and she has had several surgeries. I have had many people who dog sat for me as I had to go to work to make sure she did not bite off her stitches. Many of my freinds have walked her for me when I have taken ill or couldn't walk her. If my dog was aggressive, I wouldn't have people help me with her. She is 13 years old and the day she passes away I will be saddened and so will my family and friends. My dad who is NOT and animal lover loves my dog and takes her with him in the car. I could't ask for a better dog and she is a pit.

Jan 24th 2010 1:50PM I sneaked my dog into a Days Inn once. Fortunately, my dog doesn't bark,so no one knew she was with me. I was driving from Texas to NY, and I needed to find a place to sleep. I don't travel with her much anymore, since she hates airplanes. I just kennel her, but at the time when I was going to NY, I was driving.

Nov 25th 2009 7:16PM Why is it when the airline said I was late for a flight by their (no one was bording), they wouldn't put my luggage on the next flight without me so I could get on my original flight without luggage? BUT how is it when they lose people's luggage the luggage can fly alone? They made me purchase another whole new ticket, but Iwas able to use the original ticket for another flight. They sucker us in many ways

Nov 25th 2009 7:09PM I am flying SW for the first time and I am not paying for my luggage. When I flew international with American, I did not have to pay for my luggage. I now try to carry on my luggage when I fly domestic or I will try and use SW. I hope all the other airlines read these messages and have a change of heart.
Luggage is a part of flying and after years and years of NOT charging I don't understand why the airlines now charge. I rememeber the days when I used to ask for a deck of cards and had a meal. I wish we would go back to the old days.

Jul 29th 2009 2:07PM Teaching kids is not about teaching these days. Special ed kids are placed in regular ed classes, causing disruption in the learning process.
Kids don't behave!! The parents think their child can do no wrong. Kids don't do their homeowrk let alone their classwork, but if they don't do their class work, guess whose gets the blame?? It is the teacher's responsibility, never the kids responsibility. My paper work has a deadline, but these kids have all year to do their work and get a grade. Many kids start to do their work in the last weeks of school and then there are more grading papers or the teacher just gives them a grade, so they don't have to mess with it.
Teaching is not about the kids anymore its about making AYP MONEY!!!!
When teachers don't follow the school rules ie. no gum chewing there are those teachers who allow gum in their rooms making it difficult for the teachers who try to enforce the school rools. I guess we have to pick our battles.

Jun 27th 2009 8:13PM My dog trouble and my cat Tippy sleep with me each night. I even bought doggie steps for Trouble who is getting old and has a harder time getting on my high bed. They don't take up much room.
