18 Deals on the Best Bras for Your Bust {Shopping Articles Blog}
Feb 18th 2012 10:41AM "Whatever your cup size, we think you'll spot something you like below, often for a fraction of the cost!"
Obviously not, because I'm a 36AA, and *NONE* of those say they come in that size. "Oh, but you're so small, you could go braless!!" ... Yeah, up until someone at work takes offense to it and goes to HR. Just because we don't have boobs doesn't mean we lack nipples. And I'm tired of being called "sir".
My Younger Sister Got Married First {Lemondrop}
Jun 20th 2010 10:50AM I, too, have been through this. Not once, but twice ... With the SAME SISTER! My sister is 4 years younger than me, and has been married twice already. Meanwhile, I'm 32 and have never had a "serious" relationship. She had kids at 18 and 20, and everyone in my family keeps asking when I'm going to settle down and have kids. I just reply that I do ... my rescue dogs. :)
Is the winner of this U.K. modelling show plus-sized? {That's Fit}
Sep 25th 2007 10:45PM I'm 28, 5'8", and my weight fluctuates between 110 and 115. I wear a size 1 or 3 in jeans and dresses (depending on the manufacturer). I look skinnier than I am because all of my weight is muscle mass in my legs (I'm a vet tech so my job is physically demanding, like lifting 80lbs dogs onto tables that are waist high). Just because I'm not an "average" size 8-12 doesn't mean that I'm anorexic or "need to eat a cheeseburger". I can fit in one airplane seat (with the arm rests down!) and still have room left over. It's just the way I'm built and the way my metabolism works. So stop with the blanket "everyone who is smaller than a size 6 is anorexic or bulemic or in some other way unhealthy" comments. Just be glad you don't have to try to find size 1 jeans with a 34 inch inseam. Seems all the designers have decided that if someone has a waist that can fit into a 1, they must only be 5 feet tall.
Mobile Transformer Hotels {Gadling}
Aug 13th 2007 10:34AM No, it doesn't appear that these are ADA compliant, but with a few small tweaks they could be. And not every single one that is at an event needs to be ADA compliant. Not every parking space in a lot is sized to hold a wheelchair van, only a certain percentage.
I can see this working well at NASCAR races, too. Sure, there are tons of hotels near the track, but they usually fill up months if not a year in advance. More space to stay would be wonderful.
