Dec 30th 2009 6:59PM It is so interesting to hear about your apartment and see the pictures. it looks pretty nice. now I can picture where you live. The street looks nice too...Lots close by.
Nov 26th 2009 4:12PM Very well said! Things we don't always think about when picking a travel companion.
May 14th 2009 4:09PM What a great idea. i am going to file it away and use it the next time I get road rage!
Nov 11th 2008 8:00PM I love to receive and give gift cards. The fit is always great! Shipping is so expensive too so gift cards make more sense. We have family living all over the USA!
Mar 6th 2008 5:53PM Ditto!!!!
Mar 5th 2008 11:57PM In the early 60's a very good friend of ours had a Ferrari...the real thing. We were on a joy ride in the N. Ca. area and broke down in the middle of no where and tried to get the mechanic to use baby oil to fix the problem... the problem escapes me now... Of course they wouldn't even attempt to work on a Ferrari! Some how we made back to civilazion. It seems very strange to me to see fake ones(Ferrari's) out there...a sign of the times... I like the real thing!!!!
Nov 14th 2007 10:13AM I have fond memories of watching the Macy's Thanks giving Day Parade from my hotel room window (on the 21st floor) many years ago. It was very exciting to be part of the festivites. No crowds to fight from the air.
Nov 4th 2007 10:48PM When I travel in the winter months I try to book flights that don't stop in Chicago, Denver or other places that can have bad winter storms that might cause flight delays, especially if I have a connection.
Also when checking in I always ask if the exit row is available (for more leg room). The airlines sometimes save these seats for last.
I enjoyed reading your interview.
Oct 15th 2007 1:16AM I remember traveling with you in Anger and every photo I have of me I am eating a different pastry. I wasn't leaving France without trying them all!!!
And I do recall how much you loved the chocolate filled croissants!
Oct 13th 2007 1:14AM I agree with Neil. We do have lots of postive things here in the USA and we should be more vocal about them.
