Jan 3rd 2008 3:05PM My story takes place on an overnight train from Barcelona to San Sebastian in Spain in the summer of 2006. We had a private room with beds and a shower, and while my boyfriend was in the shower about 1 hour into our overnight trip, the train came to a screeching halt. High pitched sounds came from the brakes and tracks. We were stopped in the middle of no where for almost two hours. We finally found out that the train had hit and killed someone crossing the tracks. Needless to say, it was not a very relaxing/enjoyable trip after that.

Sep 10th 2007 6:08PM I actually can't believe there are people on the same side as SW airlines. She should be able to wear whatever she wants without being discriminated against. Fashion sense is a matter of opinion and she was a paying customer.

I've been following your blogs since you first arrived in China and eagerly await every new entry! Thanks for providing me with a new addiction.
I would have loved to hear you sing in Wells. I drove through there on August 5th to get to Barkerville. We were staying in Williams Lake for the weekend (up from Vancouver) and I guess I had fallen behind on your blogs to know that you would be up there the same time as us. Oh well...next time. I'm glad you enjoyed your time up there. It was my first time exploring the Cariboo and I've lived in Vancouver all my life.
