Dec 29th 2007 4:18PM I'll tell you exactly where it happens. It happens at the store when they take in returns. I worked retail in customer service for 35 years and every where I worked, I opened returned boxes and you would be surprised at what I've found in some of those boxes. The customer has opened it, and brings it back with the receipt and and a lot of places don't check to see what is being returned.
