'Night School 4 Girls' is Vegas's newest learning vacation {Gadling}
Oct 23rd 2011 9:19AM The Excalibur had gotten as kid-friendly as Circus, Circus so it's about time they got a little sultry. Thunder Down Under is a great show for the ladies! Wow! I think this is a great idea BTW and sounds fun for those who are athletic enough to try it (which isn't me, unfortunately).
Comedian Chris Tucker Facing Foreclosure on Florida Manse {AOL Real Estate}
Oct 16th 2011 5:03AM If the house went up in value and gained $2 million in equity (for example), would he pay the bank his profit when it is sold? Hhhhmmm, I don't think so.
Man crosses Alps using helium balloons tied to a chair {Gadling}
Sep 29th 2011 8:03AM I take it he can't steer. So how the heck does he descend and land? He can't reach the balloons to pop any.
The Attacks Obama Passed Up {Politics Daily}
Sep 27th 2008 3:49PM To: makeallvoices heard (the Nader supporter)
Ralph Nader? Talk about "more of the same"! Nothing worse than old tree-hugger trying to ensnare young enviromentalists who really don't understand all the issues facing this country and whether Nader would even be a true national leader.
The Attacks Obama Passed Up {Politics Daily}
Sep 27th 2008 2:24PM McCain clearly showed his supreme knowledge of foreign affairs and actually *answered* Lehrer's question about how the candidate would vote for the bailout. All Obama did was tap dance over the fire, which is common for him. Obama's typical rehearsed spiels many times never even answered the moderator's question(s). Score this one for McCain.
AOL Straw Poll: March 10-17 {Politics Daily}
Mar 15th 2008 7:24PM Lee,
Voting for someone simply because they are the same race as you, is also idiotic.
Hot Seat: Obama's Glass Jaw? {Politics Daily}
Mar 5th 2008 2:43PM I've been wondering when the lemming press following Obama would wake up a bit before he went over the cliff. Just ONE part of having political experience is how to actually take LEGITIMATE negative criticism and/or issues. Taking the basketball and running home to momma just doesn't cut it in the adult world. If Obama can't handle the tough stuff now, just wait until the big guns in McCain's camp get ready to blast him if he gets the nomination. He ain't seen nothin' yet.
If Clinton wins, she shouldn't even ask Obama to run for veep. If she did, I believe it's a true loser of a ticket. She needs someone like Bill Richardson or Governor Ted Strickland of Ohio.
Pity poor John McCain in his veep choice. How about that cookie cutter as a running mate? ;)
Readers' Best Opening Lyrics: No. 9 {Spinner}
Aug 28th 2007 5:59AM I much prefer "Roland was a warrior from the land of the Midnight Sun ..." or "I went home with a waitress, the way I alway do, how was I to know she was with the Russians, too?; however, WZ making the top ten in any "list" makes this first cup of instant coffee palatable.

Best Opening Lyrics: No. 1 {Spinner}
Aug 6th 2007 10:30PM Obviously not compiled by any rock purists or many over age 25. Rap Crap should automatically not even be considered. IMO, any top 25 w/o a Springsteen or Dylan is ridiculous.
Being biased, Warren Zevon's opening line from "Lawyers, Guns, and Money" is worthy:
"I went home with a waitress
The way I always do
How was I to know she was with the Russians too."
But what the heck do I know? >:
