Jul 23rd 2010 12:20PM Carmen, YOU have no idea what you are talking about. The parents are NOT paranoid. I am a fair skinned Native American/African American, my husband is even lighter than me and also African American. My middle son had blue eyes and blonde hair as a baby and I had people come up to me ALLLL the time and ask if his father was white. People would stare at us and ask his father and I if our baby was adopted! NO she is not paranoid, people are RUDE and like you very ignorant. My son has green eyes and sandy colored hair now and we don't get weird questions but many at his middle school just realized he was "black" not "white", because my younger daughter is brown skin, with curly brown hair and hazel/green eyes and they now attend the same school. Kids would say "thats your sister/brother?" "You have the same parents?" They would laugh and say yep. Kids are great, just ask get an answer and go on with their day. Adults are terrible. They make remarks and are rude. The writer is beautiful and so his her daughter. I am sure they will hear a few more ignorant things and YOU Carmen are an idiot!

Jul 9th 2010 4:05PM I don't get why everyone in Cleveland felt this man OWED them? Basketball is a GAME people, a GAME! It is a business! He is ONE man NOT the team. People should show this much passion about the homeless or abused children or the economy! I grew up in Cleveland and I LOVE my home town BUT you folks are acting like babies! Grow up! I am not into "RAP" at all but I have heard his other collaborations and they are awesome. If Katy Perry can sing with Snoop Dogg why can't Carrie sing with T-Pain just once? Live a little Carrie! Go for it! You are awesome and have nothing to lose!
Should 'Cool' Parents Be Punished for Underage Drinking? {Lemondrop}
Jun 26th 2010 3:22PM I am not sure if they should be punnished if they HONESTLY didn't know that teens were drinking during the party (after all teenagers ARE sneaky) then NO they should not be punnished. The parents of the sneaking teens should be punished. If the party was really big all kinds of things could be going on. They can NOT be responsible to watch everyone. I have had parties and caught one of my teenager's friend trying to sneak a wine cooler. I stopped her BUT what if I didn't catch her? Her parents were there and I told them and they took her home. WHO is really at fault? Everyone wants to throw stones and blame the host. BUT seriously people WE need to teach our children right from wrong. US not their friends parents.

We hear about the negative Dads out there but so rarely are we exposed to the majority of wonderful fathers out there. Thank you Jason for all you have done and all you will do! I am divorced BUT my X-husband is a FANTASTIC Father. I have the greatest respect for him. Our children are always proud to be OUR children. God Bless ALL Fathers today and everyday!

May 17th 2010 10:15PM I only wear make up the day I interview with a company. Even then it is only a little lip gloss and maybe some Mascara. Everyday after that I don't. I have great skin and I don't want to ruin it with a bunch of crap. Women need to stop with the makeup and worry about something important.. like what are they teaching their daughters!
