When I saw this I realized we were reading just a lot of crap from a hysterical borderline moron.The level of radiation from the cell phone is determined by the signal strength being received from the cell site. The stronger the signal from the cell site, the lower the level of radiation from the cell phone. The state ofcharge of the battery has absolutely nothing to do with it.
