Jul 17th 2007 10:31AM You may want to read my "final word" in the next Emergency Management magazine from Homeland Security. I address the issue of legroom and Emergency Exit isles in Aircraft and those folks that utilize them. IF you think you have what it takes to get the emergency doors open and assist folks from the aircraft you better know what you are doing...if not you could face a potential lawsuit if the doors need to be utilized. If you think it’s just about legroom you are wrong it’s about disaster preparedness.
