Feb 23rd 2013 3:36PM Good for them, I rent apartments, ( BY CHOICE), And I can tell you, I lok, and look, and look. I don't like haveing shady people around me either. It's about time complexes took the bull by the BA**S and did this. I was in one complex, that had nightly police visits, 4or 5 times a night. I left right away, breaking a lease. the people who are upset, are the ones breaking the law. I hope this helps get a better clientele, but heres a thought, as well as a credit background check, why not do a criminal one too?

Jan 25th 2012 7:58AM The captian Was Not a Child Molester, or criminal, (at least not until he hit the reef), it WAS humna Error on the CAPTAINS fault that caused this catastrophe, so the changes to doing back ground checks won't really help in another disaster will it? This move is as stupid as offering the passangers 30 % off their next cruise, Like most of the people will really take another carnival cruise anyway? The changes should come from inside the organization, Better training, better understanding of emergencies, and such. If the Titanic taught us anything, it was organization, and calmness goes along way. The trouble with the Titanic was lack of lifeboats,not lack of how/ when to launch them.This is just another Ruse of Carnival to " Cover their tracks"

Jul 13th 2011 7:19AM Good for him, The last thing I want when I am Out to dinner is to hear a screaming Child, especially in an UPSCALE restaurant!!! I don't under stand why parents need to drag their children to an Upscale restaurant when there are a ton of child friendly restaurants in this country.Some People Myself included DO NOT LIKE TO HEAR A SCREAMING BRAT during dinner.If the parents are tired of child friendly restaurants, then get a baby sitter, and leave the HEATHENS at home. Or lecture/ educate them on MANNERS and how to act in an upscale restaurant!!!!OR STAY HOME!!! now if only Malls would follow suit. There is nothing worse than trying to shop with BRATS running all over the place screaming, and acting like it is their personal play ground!!!!
