Jun 11th 2009 5:12PM It caused DHCP to stop working on my physical ethernet port. AppleCare had me boot into safe mode and that cleared up some cache and all was better. It took though about 15 minutes for my macbook pro (unibody) to boot into safe mode.

Apr 7th 2009 10:32AM This is just another reason why GM should be allowed to fail. This project should of been killed a long time ago as they were trying to find ways to save money. If they couldn't realize this was stupid then they shouldn't be allowed to have a checkbook.

Dec 11th 2008 11:04AM All automakers, not just US ones, need to stop making rebranded cars. We don't need a Ford Escape, Mercury Mariner and Mazda Tribute. Sharing parts is one thing but build the same car with a different badge is just a stupid accounting trick to make the company look more productive even though they are just building a car to compete against itself. It is similar to VW trying to make high end cars that just compete against their own Audi brand. Brands need to just focus on a few core vehicles and make them reliable and have a high build quality. This goes for brands like Jeep that should only really make a Wrangler, Cherokee and Grand Cherokee, skip the other rebadged Dodge models. Stop making twelve different minivans that really are just a Dodge Caravan. On that note, its time for Saturn to die.

Jul 22nd 2008 12:24PM I'm a vegetarian and I often get the BK Veggie at Burger King because of two reasons. 1 I need something quick to eat with protein (a bowl of iceberg lettuce doesn't cut it) when I'm on a road trip. Or two, I'm going out to lunch with a bunch of coworkers. It is a lot easier to get a bunch of guys to go to Burger King than it is to get them to a vegetarian restaurant. Vegetarians don't just hide in a corner with other veggies, so having a real vegetarian option at KFC would be great so I can go with my friends and coworkers to lunch and we can all go away happy.
