I have healed wounds quickly with increased zinc and vitamin C besides taking a very good multi vitamin & mineral supplement. I have stopped the onset of colds by sucking on zinc losenges and taking a higher dosage of vitamin C.
A retired nurse swore by mega doses of vitamin C to get over a cold quickly. I tried it and got over colds a lot faster.
I don't take vitamin C that containsrose hips or herbs because I'm allergic to rose hips. I trust plain vitamin C.
Zinc will not make your skin turn blue either!

Apr 16th 2009 5:09PM I heard a woman that was interviewed who attended a Tax Tea Party. She was concerned about the growing national debt and how it would effect her daughter.
11 trillion in national debt seems impossible to deal with and it surely means that Obama will end up raising taxes for everyone but the poor.
By the way - President Bush lowered EVERYONE'S Federal income taxes - NOT just for the rich. President Bush drastically lowered the tax rate for persons making less than $10,000.
Obama voted to increase taxes on couples making only $42,000. I'm concerned that he will do so as President with no one to stop him.
I think our government works best when the majority in Congress is the opposite party to the President's, so their is a more equal representation in government and the President and his administration do not have total power. (Total power is corrupting.)
Only Socialist Democrats would approve of Obama.
Freedom loving people want less federal interference and less taxes in order to thrive and prosper.

Dec 8th 2008 2:35PM I took a look at the picture of the supposed birth certificate for Obama at the web site mentioned above. It is missing a lot of information. It does not list whether the birth was in a hospital or a home. It does not show the actual place of birth. It does not show the name of the physician or midwife or who delivered him. It is not signed by a physician. It does not have the parents addresses on it. It does not show if it was a single birth or a multiple birth.
It could be a fake.
Shouldn't our Constitution be honored? I think it should be.

Nov 16th 2008 12:46PM I shop at a Super Target. I was so impressed with the Super Target stores that I bought shares of stock in Target Corp., which is an American company that gives back at least 5% of their profits to American communities.

Nov 16th 2008 12:35PM #6 and #14 -- You are wrong about Target Corporation being a French company. Target Corp. is an American company that gives back to the communities where they have stores. At least 5% of their profits goes back to our American communities. I suggest you support any American business that makes donations to American communities.
I own shares in Target Corporation and I'm glad that they make donations and give back to our American communities.

Feb 9th 2008 11:01AM I have experienced delayed flights with Atlantic Southeast. I have missed connecting flights, too.
There biggest problem is their hub Atlanta Hartsfield Airport. The Atlanta Hartsfield Airport has too many flights, too many airplanes and they don't handle all the airplanes well.
I have had flights delayed with ComAir because of weather problems. I have experienced delayed flights because the airports up north were far behind schedule because they had to de-ice the planes in the winter.
I have had delayed flights because of maintenance problems, which the airlines should take responsibility for.
The delayed flights were not always the fault of the airlines. Usually it was because of weather related problems or because the airports are not dealing well with too many airplanes and too many flights.

Jul 11th 2007 10:34AM If you cannot use aloe vera there is a wonderful product for sunburn that is cooling, which is called Solarcaine. Solarcaine is hard to find but it works better to cool the heat from sunburn and it helps heal the burned skin quickly, too. When my sister had such a terrible sunburn that she could not sleep, we bought Solarcaine and put it on her sunburned back and it cooled her burn so she was able to sleep comfortably.
