Dec 8th 2010 10:33AM This is typical of Macy's. Here in Chicago they have a black eye for not caring or giving good customer service. They even shun the local small business community.
Really, they do not care about anyone or anything.
Sep 27th 2010 10:35AM I'm glad to see Mr. Joyce came out and saw some of his properties. My group stopped using any Choice hotels due to the deteriorating conditions, dirty rooms&hotels, and to top it off, the last time, used linens!
They used to be a good brand and I hope they will really start listening to the employees and turn themselves around.
Jul 6th 2010 10:51AM Wait until you see the losy service in the Chicago area. I had AT&T for many years, got nothing but broken promises about better service and new equipment.
I switeched to Verizon, better service, less dropped calls, and the folks in the stores really halp you.
I don't think I'll ever believe AT&T again.
Jun 9th 2010 6:38PM My freind tried to return the glasses here in Chicago, was told only the purchase price, not the extra 10% in sales tax.
May 24th 2010 6:31PM Since this was no mistake, he has done this on several occasions, he has violated federal law.
A vetern of the Viet Nam conflict is automatically awarded several medals for his service. Since he is claiming service, he is claiming the medals, which is a violation of federal law and he should be prosecuted. If he were a reglular person, or even worse, a republican, you can bet the feds would be after him.
Oh, and yes, I was in the army. ( 68-70 )
Apr 24th 2010 11:41AM Did you notice how the mainstream press has failed to mention the crimes be commited by these people, also the authorities in AZ can no longer affort to pay for all these people and the police are afraid of the movement of the drug violence into Arizona from Mexico. Also think about all the identity theft.
In response to Anne, more people have been murdered by Illegal aliens that by the Sept 11 terrorists. Its just not politicaly correct to say so.
Oh, and by the way, twice I have been a victim of violence by one of them. They then fled out of the country to avoid prosecution, so I do have some first hand experiance.
Apr 8th 2009 11:06AM I find it hard to believe that Jet Blue is on near the top of the list. After 2 years, I am still waiting for some action over being stranded over 5 hours on the plane, treated badly and outright lied to by crew and ground staff.
Give me Southwest anytime, at least they talk to you.
Mar 28th 2008 1:12AM Having met her before she became SOS, I think she would be a great, intelligent, capable leader. Even though I am a registered democrat, they have nothing to compare with her. She has a great, honest background.
Dec 28th 2007 10:40AM RE: Jet Blue
What a great, caring airlines. I was one of those stuck at JFK while I witnessed the worst service I have ever seen( I've been flying since 1968 ).
And after all the bad press and the promises, I'm still waiting for someone to contact me, offer an apology, anything. And I have sent them e mails and regular mail!
At least with United, even if the planes are old and dirty, they do fly and acknowledge their customers.
Jul 31st 2007 10:14AM Having met her officially, she seems a little aloof but ok. Now Hilary and her temper, thats what scares me..
