Aug 20th 2008 5:14PM I have been wathcing the View since Meridith Viera and Lisa Ling. Rosie was great but could not stand the pressure when Elizabeth differed on political opinions.
I enjoy hot topics and the various "View" points of the hosts. But when it gets to be a pissing maatch I turn it off. Not always Elizabeth's fault but she is usually in the middle of it.

Jul 10th 2007 10:40AM MM has no concept of what it is like to be treated by a country with free medical. I am an american citizened injured in London and treated by the NHS. It was nothing more than scarey!!! The care was horrific! I had to wait days for surgery. I developed an infection in 1 of the 3 hospitals. It was always sorry we don't do that here, we have to move her. I was in a coma and awoke to a room with 5 other women suffering from other ailments. The girl next to me could not stop throwing up, yet they released her and the women accross the way had been there TWO MONTHS. She was up for gastric bypass surgery but could not find a doctor to operate due to her EKG. The staff was overworked and underpaid.
I did experience an incredible hospital. I was eating poached sammon and pate. Wine with dinner and a private room with a balcony. BUT IT WAS A PRIVATE HOSPITAL. UK citizens would have to pay their way. I think my family complained so much that we got transferred. MM SICKO is SICKO!
