May 28th 2011 5:35AM While she may have a good voice, she is still not much more than gimmicky. She puts an enormous effort into being provocative to stand out. I can see why, because in all honestly her music is no better than much of the dance/pop that is out there and would likely be swallowed or slowly forgotten. Her tactics are nothing new, and many of us have seen this before. I credit much of her fame to the thousands upon thousands of youths which are seeing such a show for the first time, therefore overly impressed.

In my opinion Top Chef is by far the best of reality show/competitions. They are using individuals that are already established as cooks & chefs, and are generally equally matched.
Whatever one thinks of Ilan as a person, to knock his cooking is just absurd.
