Oct 13th 2011 1:03PM how about the kimchi museum in Seoul, South Korea?!
Apr 2nd 2007 1:35PM C'mon! Where's Emma Peel?? She could karate chop an opponent to their knees, shoot a cork out of a champagne bottle, create great sculptures, was intelligent AND sexy!!! (Ya gotta give her points just on the black leather jumpsuits!)
Jan 19th 2007 2:11PM Rai,
I can't believe that you believe that if (some) guys call each other "faggot" all the time that somehow makes it ok!!!! Is that the same as (some) guys calling women "ho's" and that being acceptable???
PEOPLE! get a clue! Being gay/lesbian/bi/transgendered is not a choice!! Do you really think that people would choose to be discriminated against? Hated? Choose to be part of a group that is consistantly, repeatedly and in some states, legally discriminated against???? As an out lesbian, I get so pissed off at the closed minds in this forum!
Nov 15th 2006 11:30AM I"m looking forward to this! John Waters will be great as the host since he's so interested in this type of crime stuff! I agree that if he was directing, it would be even better!
Nov 13th 2006 11:50AM As an out, proud lesbian, I think that Bill Maher did the right thing... I think that anyone who actively opposes equal rights for gay men and lesbians but is gay themselves deserves to be outed.
Like MacGuffin, I just wish Bill would have "named names"!
Oct 23rd 2006 6:24PM As a Wisconsinite, I have to disagree that the photo is of a creampuff... Here in Dairyland, everyone knows that a creampuff is filled with fresh whipped cream (Hence... cream.. puff!) The photo looks like an unfrosted, round eclair.
Oct 9th 2006 5:42PM Yeah, I have a "Stewart/Colbert '08" sticker on my car (with the subtitle "Loving Jesus Even More than You Do") and I KNOW that they are not going to run... but it's my way of saying that they make a lot more sense than the idiots we have running for office now (or the idiots that are in office!)
Oct 4th 2006 12:56PM I am SO EXCITED about this book!!! I love Amy and I can't wait to get this book in my hands! BTW, I heard that Amy will be on the Today show... I think on the 19th... Keep your eyes open!
Aug 31st 2006 1:29PM I too am an Amy Sedaris mega-fan! I totally understand your crush for this wonder woman! I would sit through a marathon of "Dancing with the Stars" if she was on!
Thank you for the link to the Sesame Street video.. I didn't know that they had Amy on as a guest!
Aug 22nd 2006 12:43PM Emma Peel, The Avengers, a true Renaissance woman! Brains, beauty and a good karate chop!
Dana Scully, The X-Files, for being a good partner even if she doesn't have the same beliefs as Mulder
Brenda Leigh Johnson, The Closer, yes, I too love the way she says all of it but also because she's so human-work driven, sweet-eating, not the best dressed.. but oh so wonderful!
Kramer, Seinfeld, what can you say about a man who believes so much in himself?! Not to mention a sharp dresser!
Carmela Soprano, The Sopranos, such a complicated woman... worried mother, dutiful wife but no dummy... she seems like the glue that holds that family together.
Oh.. there are so many more!
