Jul 3rd 2007 4:45PM i am southern as well and i can't stand tea but my family loves it so i make it at the rate of 2 gallons a day , my secret is adding 1/4 cup of honey and 1 1/2 cup of sugar to the hot tea then adding ice to my container and pouring in the tea on top , that way it cools fast and if needed i will add cold water till the container is full. my family and friends rave over this. just thought i would give a little different twist for you :)
