Apr 6th 2009 12:19PM Now you know why Levi walked, folks. Who could stand having that b***h as a mother-in-law?
I agree the Palin family is nothing but trash without a fraction of the class of the Obamas.
Nov 30th 2008 4:03PM I can't look at tattoos without wanting to throw up. Body art? Hah! More like body graffiti. Ugh!
Nov 29th 2008 8:42PM Vivien Leigh was a radiant beauty early in her career, when she did GONE WITH THE WIND, WATERLOO BRIDGE, etc.
Unfortunately, illness, both physical and mental, took its toll on her looks, and by the time she made her last films, her fabulous beauty had permanently faded. So very sad.
Nov 29th 2008 2:24PM How could you omit Amon Goeth, the sadistic Nazi from SCHINDLER'S LIST? Brilliantly played by Ralph Fiennes, Goeth was a psychopath who would sniper-shoot innocent people from his balcony before taking a pee.
I was glad when he was finally hanged.
Nov 28th 2008 3:47PM TV cartoons bgan going downhill in the late '60's, when the great classics starring Bugs, Daffy, Popeye, and Tom & Jerry were replaced by cheap, violent crap churned out like sausages by Hanna-Barbera.
Even after parents protested and the violent content was removed, TV was still inundated with HB cheapies, ususally featuring obnoxious teenagers who NEVER change their clothes (phew!), NEVER attend school, have NO adult supervision, and spend their time chasing crooks and solving mysteries--along with their "funny" pets. From what I've seen on CN, quality has definately not improved: cf ED, EDD, AND EDDY, FOSTER'S HOME FOR IMAGINARY FRIENDS, and worst of all, THE GRIM ADVENTURES OF BILLY AND MANDY.
Seems that in the cartoon world, creativity and imagination has gon the way of the Beta Max.
Oct 20th 2008 4:24PM Marsha is absolutely right. The world is critically overpopulated. And the sad thing is that there are so many unwanted kids already here, yet selfish people continue to breed and breed.
I think part of the blame falls on today's no-talent, fifth-rate "celebrities" who keep dropping babies for publicity.
Oct 20th 2008 2:52PM There are some good designers and some beautiful gowns. But today's so-called "celebrities" are so lacking in grace and poise that they appear ready to trip over their own feet.
No designer's works can look good on these skeletal klutzes.
Oct 16th 2008 8:53PM I remember growing up on those great old quiz shows.
Many of their hosts have passed on: Jack Barry, Bill Cullen, Hal March, Gene Rayburn, et al.
RIP, Jack Narz.
P.S. I hope brother Tom Kennedy is doing all right. I loved his show YOU DON'T SAY from the '60's.
Oct 15th 2008 7:46AM Eat right.
Die anyway. LOL
BTW, could you please delete #2? This is supposed to be a thread about obesity, not a porn site!
Sep 22nd 2008 4:46PM While I have no liking for Lindsay Lohan, I must admit she's on the mark about Palin.
